Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts between Skyline Studio Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and any consumer (“you” or “your”) for the sale of goods through our online store.

1.2 By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Contract Formation

3.1 Product listings on our website are invitations to treat and not binding offers.

3.2 By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

3.3 We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods, whichever occurs first.

4. Right to Cancel

4.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods without giving any reason.

4.2 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email at info@kalavoa.com within the 14-day period.

4.3 If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of their return.

4.4 You must send back the goods to the return address provided in the return form without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.

4.5 You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment methods are specified during the checkout process.

5.3 For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are your responsibility.

6. Delivery

6.1 We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery times provided at checkout. However, delivery times are not guaranteed.

6.2 If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

6.3 Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kalavoa.com within 14 days of receipt.

7.2 We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon receipt and verification, will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

 

8. Liability

8.1 We are liable for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.

8.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
